- We ship via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided by email.
- Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- We currently ship within the U.S., with international shipping available soon (join our newsletter for updates).

🔄 Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened items.
However, we stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at support@deluxechique.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- Or a refund in the case of a verified issue
Please provide a photo of the damaged item and order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund request.
