Is beef tallow good for all skin types?
Yes! Our tallow is grass-fed and carefully rendered to be non-comedogenic. It mimics the skin’s natural oils and is excellent for dry, sensitive, and even acne-prone skin.

What makes your formula different?
We combine traditional tallow with low molecular hyaluronic acid, allowing deeper hydration and faster skin barrier recovery — something very few tallow creams offer.

Is your cream safe for children or during pregnancy?
While all our ingredients are natural and gentle, we always recommend consulting a healthcare provider for personal concerns.

Do your products contain preservatives?
Yes, but only Leucidal SF Complete, a natural, probiotic-based preservative that’s gentle and microbiome-safe.

Does the product have a scent?
Yes. We offer three options:

  • Unscented (no added fragrance or essential oils)

  • Vanilla Lavender (lightly scented with vanilla extract and lavender essential oil)

  • Bergamot Lavender (a calming blend of bergamot and lavender essential oils)

How should I store my cream?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For maximum freshness, use within 6 months of opening.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days via USPS.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of skincare, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us.
